I’m Tiffany Laursen, Ph.D.

I work with, and research, social innovators in social enterprises, nonprofits, and businesses pursuing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Together, we build, monitor, and adapt social change models to increase their social impact.

For the social sector, measuring impact is key to obtaining funding and partners, it is important for understanding the difference you are making, and sometimes it is imperative to meeting legal requirements.

However, leaders - especially those with operations less than 5 years - often find that impact measurement is harder, and more convoluted than anticipated. They are often in need of assistance to develop a clear social impact model and then track the social performance of that model.
